Students will learn the process of fashion and lifestyle design as part of this elective. The elective covers areas such retail experience design, styling, photography and creative writing specific to fashion and lifestyle industry.
This dynamic course will offer a working knowledge of fashion and lifestyle media as well as set a foundation to develop writing and communicating skills of students. Students will develop an enhanced commercial and creative awareness of the changing trends in the fashion and lifestyle industries. The course will offer an understanding of the design methodology, traditional and contemporary materials, brands, production process, consumer behaviour, market dynamics, fashion trends, fashion forecast and business trends.
